After all, good health is our best asset and we cannot accomplish much without it. This resolution must include maintaining a routine or following a regime that helps to slow down the wear and tear that happens at every level (physical, mental and emotional) and how to slow down the aging process so that you can enjoy the year in a much better way.

True freedom can only be achieved through discipline and awareness. True discipline comes from within, and sometimes we need a little inspiration to follow through with our resolutions. Does Ayurveda help everyone in the family?

We are often asked by many of our clients if Ayurveda can help everyone in the family, the answer is Yes. Ayurveda is a holistic and natural medicine that causes no side-effects. It treats everyone as an individual. It is a system of prevention oriented natural health care that focuses on restoring balance at the deepest level of the mind and body. The goal of Ayurveda is to become healthy, happy, and live a life of full potential. In Ayurveda we treat the problem at its source and it specializes in preventing disease. Its knowledge is so vast that it helps with spiritual and emotional problems as well. It is very comprehensive and uses diet, lifestyle changes, herbs, massage, aromas and other therapies.

Ayurveda has a special focus on children. Ayurvedic preparations have been used to build a healthy body and sharp intellect right from the time of infancy for thousands of years. There are so many herbs identified by Ayurveda as brain stimulants and memory boosters. Balance of Vata, Pitta, Kapha energies, the corner stone of good health can be achieved in early childhood. Health problems of children can be easily controlled by herbal preparations and by making our children aware of their lifestyle. Whenever we see our children suffer from problems like coughs, fever, asthma and other problems, it is good to follow Ayurvedic safe & natural supplements rather putting them regularly on harmful drugs which can affect their immense system and can built nasty side effects.

Ayurveda is an ancient medical science which teaches us how to be healthy and to lead a long and fruitful life.  A womans body is wonderfully complex and delicate. Ayurvedic healthcare is the perfect solution for women to stop the aging process. It deals with some common problems like, menopause, menstrual disorders, pregnancy, motherhood etc. It also deals with Skin and Beauty care. Some of the natural supplements help to increases male hormone production and create a healthier nervous system. In old age due to degenerative process the body suffers from many health problems like joint and back pain and digestion problems. Ayurvedic medicine and treatments are most suitable and a safe solution to these issues. This makes Ayurveda a family solution  for a “Path to Health” together.

Panchkarma - A Total Health Promotion

Ayurveda emphasizes preventative and healing therapies along with various methods of purification and rejuvenation. It is a very special treatment requiring proper guidance from a highly trained and skillful Ayurveda practitioner. It guides every individual in the prevention of disease and long term maintenance of health. To achieve this balanced state of body, mind and consciousness, Ayurveda prescribes Panchkarma Therapy for the cleansing of body toxins. We recommend those who are committed to their wellness and edger to eliminate deep sealed toxins and slow the aging process should consider once a year to have 7 – 10 days Panchkarma.

There are three stages in Panchkarma: the first, pre-treatment, involves preparation, with the use of Ayurvedic oil massage. The actual treatment itself is the next stage, involving a variety of detoxifying treatments, and then patients undergo follow-up care, which may involve lifestyle changes to prevent the recurrence of disease.
