STEP 1:  Program selection.

Decide the program and choose one of the study option (Full Time/Distance learning) that you wish to enroll in.

• Clinical Ayurvedic Lifestyle Consultant
• Clinical Ayurvedic Practitioner
• Ayurvedic Fundamentals  

STEP 2:  Fill out the enrolment form.  

Fill out the online enrolment form below or download the enrolment form below and send it with two forms of current ID (passport, drivers licence and birth certificate) along with the $(NZ) 500 registration fee.

 STEP 4: How can I submit the enrolment form?

Post:    Post your complete enrolment form with all required documents and
              payment details to:   PO Box 23047, Papatoetoe, Auckland, New Zealand.

Fax:      Fax enrolment form, all documentation & payment detail to: (09)623-2648

Visit:    Visit our reception at 578, Mt.Eden Rd, Auckland and submit the form.  
              Hours: Monday – Saturday, 8:30 am to 5.00 pm

Online: Fill the online enolment form.

STEP 5:  What do I need to remember?

Please read all the terms and policies before submitting the enrolment form. Please ensure if you are applying for RPL, you are required to submit your enrolment with the evidence.
