Certificate IV in Ayurvedic Lifestyle Consultation (HLT41207)
Students will learn how to assess the constitutional body type (Prakriti) and current health status (Vrikriti) of an individual according to traditional Ayurvedic principles. Students will also be trained to provide therapeutic regimes to restore balance to their clients through the use of herbs, meditation, nutrition, daily and seasonal routines and bodywork techniques such as massage, Shirodhara and Kati Basti therapy. Once qualified, Ayurvedic Lifestyle Consultants have the opportunity to take on further training through the Advanced Diploma in Ayurveda.
